We were not created to be alone. We were created to be in community, real community. We were created to be in community with God and with others.

Connect to Christ

In order to live the life you were created for, you first need to connect with your creator.

John 14: 6 says that Jesus is the ONLY WAY to God. Your past doesn’t matter, Jesus will accept you. But He loves us so much that He will not let us stay the same. God’s desire is to meet us where we are, and to conform us into who He created is to be. The problem is none of us are perfect. We all need God’s forgiveness and the only way we can receive that forgiveness is to accept Jesus and what He did for us on the cross. If you would like to accept Christ, just simply and sencerly pray this prayer :

“Jesus, I know that I am a sinner. I need your forgiveness for the things I’ve done. I believe that you are the Son of God and that you died for me. I know you rose from the dead and have complete victory over death. Come live in my heart and take my life. Cleanse me and make me whole. Thank you for what you’ve done for me. I love you. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.”

The fact of the matter is this: We become who we spend our time with. Discover a person’s friends, and most likely you discover their character.

Being connected with other believers allows us to carry each other’s burdens, to strengthen each other, and to help keep us accountable.  It is so important that you get connected to a local church, for both you and the church. (You were uniquely created by God. No one else on earth can fill the role in the local church that you were created to fill.)
