One of the most difficult seasons of life for families can be the transition from childhood to adolescence. Recognizing the unique challenges that come with this exciting transition, Shady Grove Church’s Student Ministries has designed Amplify to support our kids and families through this transitional time spiritually and personally.

In 1 Timothy 4:12, a young man named Timothy gets this charge from his mentor Paul. “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in SPEECH, in LIFE, in LOVE, in FAITH, and in PURITY.” Those five things are what we hope to build upon in Amplify. These fifth and sixth graders will become an example for all believers, not just other kids!
