SGC Prayer Wall

Do you or someone you know have a need that you would like the community of Shady Grove Church to pray for?

Simply click the “Submit Your Prayer Request” button below, fill out the prayer form, and when you’re done, click the “Submit Request” button at the bottom.
Once your request has been submitted, it is immediately sent to our Pastors, prayer team as well as gets posted on the Prayer Wall below so that members of Shady Grove Church can agree together with you in prayer for your request.

If the request for prayer is a private matter and you do not want the request to be posted on the Prayer Wall, you can select the “DO NOT Share This” option from the drop down menu on the prayer form, and only the Church Pastors and Prayer Team will see your request. You can also select the “Share The Anonymously” option to post your request publicly but with your name removed.

Because of the public nature of the Prayer Wall, if you are submitting a request on behalf of someone else, we would ask that you not use their full names, and also consider posting the request anonymously.
